This issue is quite simple. You should press sync button to get all your coins/spins back because they are saved on our server. If nothing happens it means you used to play without synchronization and it’s impossible to return coins/spins (they were saved just in your game, not on our server) Make sure you play being logged into GameCenter or Google Play Game Services to prevent losing your coins in future. Sometimes this issue happens when you have an outdated version of the game.
