Make sure that you are logged into GameCenter and you play with the Internet. GameCenter login is used to save and synchronize the game progress. Do not forget to do it to avoid losing all your progress! Sometimes they deleted the icon from the menu, but GC is still in the settings of your device. Make sure, that you are logged in there, not in the game settings.

If you get a welcoming message every time you open the app you are logged in and all your progress is being saved on our server.

If you can’t get your progress back try to press sync in the game settings. If you don’t see anything happen try to reinstall the game and sign into your GameCenter after. Progress should sync from the server. 

For Android users: 

First of all make sure that you are logged into Google Play Games Services and you play with the Internet. Google Play Games Services login is used to save and synchronize the game progress. Do not forget to do it to avoid losing all your progress!

Don’t confuse Google Play and Google Play Games Services accounts. You need to have a Google Play Games app account to keep your progress saved on our server.
