If the game freezes or crashes, please try the following:

  1. Force close the app.
  2. Close other apps or restart your device to clear memory. 
  3. Ensure you have at least 2 gb of free storage space, your phone is not overheating, and that you have a stable internet connection. 
  4.  If the issue persists, you can try reinstalling, but please ensure your progress is backed up to the cloud first.

 Please note that we recommend using a device with at least 2GB of RAM running iOS 12.0+ or Android 9.0+.
