Step 1: Try to Restore
Go to the game settings and press the "Restore Purchases" button. Restart the app.

Step 2: Request a Refund
If the item does not appear after restoring, the transaction may have stalled.  If 24 hours have passed, and your purchase did not arrive, you must request a refund directly from the store:

iOS: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

Android: Go to the Google Play "Request a Refund" page.
