To delete your account, please contact our customer support via the game's settings.

⚠️ Important! Deleting your account will:

◇ Wipe ALL data including purchase history, units, rank, and currency

◇ Remove all PvP records and weekly event history 

◇ PERMANENTLY BLOCK your current Google Play / Game Center account from accessing Dead Ahead: Zombie Warfare

◇ Make your account and progress unrecoverable

This is NOT a progress reset.

Once your account is deleted, you will NOT be able to start a new game using your current Google Play/Game Center account. If you want to play the game again in the future, you must create a brand new Google or Apple account.

This action cannot be reversed for privacy and data security reasons.

Deletion Process:

  1. Contact customer support and confirm you want to delete your account
  2. We will ask you to confirm by providing this exact sentence:

"I confirm that I won't be able to start the game with this account again, and I agree to delete it."

  1. After confirmation, we will initiate the deletion process (this is not automatic)
  2. The next time you open the game, you'll see a pop-up asking: "You requested to delete your account. Delete?"
    • Tap "DELETE" to complete the deletion
    • Tap "CANCEL" if you've changed your mind

Your account will only be permanently deleted after you Tap "DELETE" in the game.
