The improvement provides the ability to dismantle unnecessary trucks to increase the number of stars. For dismantling trucks, the player receives scrap. Scrap is credited taking into account the Tier and Star rating of the truck. If Parts were inserted into the Truck, they are removed and returned to inventory. You can only increase the rating of a truck by 1 star at a time.
